Shipping, Return and Exchanges Policy
Lita’s All Natural does not offer direct returns or exchanges, but are happy to address damages and shipping errors so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please continue reading for information regarding returns and exchanges, damaged items and shipping errors.
Shipping: Orders are normally processed within 3 days of receipt. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping cost available.
Returns and Exchanges
In-Store Purchases: If you purchase a Lita’s All Natural product from a retail store, you should refer to that store’s return policy and contact them directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Take a photo of the outside of the package for any damage that occurred. Once you open the package and you discover damage occurred to any of the item(s) you ordered, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) also. Then please contact us at 1-619-481-2305 or info@LitasAllNatural.com.
To help resolve the issue we will need your order number, email address, shipping address, phone number and photos of the damaged product and box (if applicable). Please keep the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS or FedEx) as proof of damage during transit.
Shipping Errors:

Reselling Products: Lita’s All Natural retail customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auctions sites. We; therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
